Getting Started
Security Deposit and Rent Collection & Management: We require a security fee commensurate with the overall value of your home. However, we do determine the amount of the security fee with the homeowner. My Montana Vacation Rentals collects all security fees and rental payments within seven days of the guest reservation. We also manage the return of security deposits to the renter and send rental payments to you at the end of each month. Should it be necessary to assess damage fees and collect them from a guest who has stayed at your home, Montana Vacation Rentals is responsible for collection.
