Getting Started
Grounds Maintenance: Some homes use the natural grasslands of Montana as their ‘front yard’, but other homes may require maintenance to retain their beauty. My Montana Vacation Rentals can recommend any number of lawn and snow removal companies that we trust. This type of service will be discussed as a potential part of the management agreement or can be provided ala carte to the homeowner.
- Periodic/As Needed Snow Removal: We can recommend a snow removal service for your driveway and sidewalks that will only be used prior to guest arrival (in other words, you will not be paying for snow removal throughout the entire season, only as needed.)
- Periodic/As Needed Yard Maintenance/Lawn Mowing: A yard maintenance or lawn mowing company (only if applicable) may be needed. Once again, we will use either a lawn service of your choice or one that is recommended by My Montana Vacation Rentals.
- Spring Clean (Upon Request): A one-time yard clean up or spring clean may be requested by a homeowner. My Montana Vacation Rentals can handle that chore for you, too. All costs for the snow and ice removal and yard maintenance will be deducted from the rental fees accumulated by the owner.
