Whether you’re a vacation rental guest or a homeowner, we are prepared to assist you in pre-arrival preparations, making arrangements for activities and entertainment during your stay or identifying and reserving personal services designed to make your stay more enjoyable.
Pre-Arrival Services: My Montana Vacation Rentals takes the time and care you expect to prepare your home and/or present a home to your rental guests to ensure a truly memorable experience in Montana. Here are just a few of the pre-arrival services we can provide upon request:
- Delivery of groceries, flowers, special wines
- Christmas decorations
- Restaurant reservations
- Instructor or pre-arrangement of guide services A small administrative fee plus the cost assessed by the businesses that supply these services will be charged for associated costs of managing the request.
Arrival Services: My Montana Vacation Rentals has a convenient location. Our home office is only 10 minutes from the Bozeman airport. Upon request, guests can be personally escorted to their warm, lighted home complete with all the amenities that only come with attention to details that is synonymous with My Montana Vacation Rentals. Here are just a few of the arrival services we can provide upon request:
- Daily maid service (upon request)
- Catering-box lunches or private dining A small administrative fee plus the cost assessed by the businesses that supply these services will be charged for associated costs of managing the request.
Personal Services: Yes, even more extras are offered (upon request) to guests or to you as a homeowner. My Montana Vacation Rentals can make arrangements for a variety of concierge services including (but not limited to):
- Massage
- Yoga Classes
- Guest memberships at a Private Athletic Club A small administrative fee plus the cost assessed by the businesses that supply these services will be charged for associated costs of managing the request.
